Freida Richer, CIRP
Licensed Insolvency Trustee

Freida has worked exclusively in the insolvency industry in Edmonton since 1996. With her education background in Business Administration – Finance, Freida has in depth experience in all aspects of proposal and bankruptcy administration and has primarily assisted individuals in resolving their financial difficulties over the past 16 years. She also dedicated five years to corporate recovery and restructuring engagements at one of the Big 4 accounting firms which included receiverships, bankruptcies, monitorships, business reviews, liquidations and legislated proposals.

Freida received her designation as a Chartered Insolvency & Restructuring Professional (CIRP) and license as a proposal and bankruptcy Trustee in2007. She is a Vice President with the firm and oversees our northern Alberta consumer insolvency practice which has offices in Edmonton, Wetaskiwin, Camrose and Fort McMurray.

Freida also currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors with the Alberta Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Professionals (AAIRP).

Kristi Stuart, BComm, CIRP
Licensed Insolvency Trustee

Kristi is fluently bilingual and has worked with us since 2003. She previously worked in the financial services sector, working primarily in client service.

In 2016, she won the gold medal for finishing the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professional’s 2015 National Insolvency Exams with the highest standing in the country.

Kristi spends most of her time in our consumer practice and is responsible for ensuring that those who contact us for initial assistance with their financial difficulties are looked after. She is warm and outgoing and provides advice in a professional and empathetic manner.
